this is great! my husband and I have been experimenting with acro yoga on our own but don't really know anything about it... goal being to incorporate the hoop! Any tips for the acro yoga? Thanks for sharing, glad to see some inspiration on this!

Ahani your the best, graceful as always, beautiful to watch, and I must say, my wrists were aching just watching you try to stabilize yourself at 1:57! My wrists are weak from all the hairdressin' I've done through the years! keep sparkling like the stars in the sky!!!

All this acro-yoga-hoopiness... that's nothing! I can hula hoop around my waist without it falling down. Well, it always works... 73% of the time ;)
Seriously... holy mcmoly... I was entranced by the fluidity and grace. Just another example of why I'm always on the lookout for new video additions on your channel.
Cheers!!

Amazing! Just... amazing. You guys rock this so hard! Only idea to offer (and without and idea of how...) is maybe using an iso-hoop somehow. I think that'd look so surreal... floating hoop + floating person = awesomeness. Again, this is a seriously epic video!

you two are so freaking adorable!!!! really impressive. i love the passing of the hoop between feet, between hands, between the two of you. maybe you can also use it as a basing prop...? p.s. the reverse star will be easier if the base straightens the arms and keeps them by his side, so they're further in front of the flyer (more of a tripod). awesome play!

Cool stuff. I like the idea of spins (such as you did with barrel roll through side star and back plank to modified folded leaf). Could you do a 4 step? Head spin? What about putting the hoop at the waist while in star or foot to hand? Extra credit: 1 foot to 2 hands with the hoop on the other foot. I can't wait to see your progression with this stuff!
