@donfolstar Wow, college that really does matter when you're making a list of top NFL DRAFT BUSTS. and no he didn't "own" in his second season, it was virtually identical to his first year, or did you only listen to the video?
I didn't mention college because it has NOTHING to do with this list and he didn't do anything substantial his second year.
He did not "fail as a human being", he was a terrible player and deserves this spot and every word they say about him.

Adam Schefter is a total douchebag. Saying Phillips is not a talented player is just stupid.
Phillips owned in college, Canada, Europe, and his second season and wasn't half bad his rookie season or with the 49ers (minus his blocking, lol). Creating the illusion he sucked as a player with a blooper reel is wrong. Phillips did not fail as a player, he failed as a human being.

Now he has to spend 25 years in prison for abusing his ex-girlfriend and running over 3 teens. So he'll be out of prison by 58 years old. He did fail not as a football player, but a human being.
