seriously thats how u want to shoot the free throw though...u want to make sure the ball releases at its softest...so even if its slightly off...it still has a chance to just roll in...some of the shooters who are accurate but shoot too hard is paul pierce...he shoots at a high clip but sometimes his release is so hard...
