One Step Beyond - The Captain's Guests 3/3

Andrew and Ellen Courtney are seeking a country rental property to get away from the city. They locate a house on the New England coast that was occupied in the nineteenth century by Michael Klassen, an evil ship captain who was keelhauled by his men during a mutiny. Klassen's retired after the mutineer's were hanged but his retirement was as miserable as his career on the seas.

The Courtney's are warned by the realtor that the house is "unfriendly" but Andy insists on renting the property. Andy's personality begins to change immediately as he becomes the victim of spiritual possession.
