  • John McCain is a great man and a great American. Phil Gramm and Sarah Palin cost him the Presidency. The reality is if that McCain did win the election, and moved forward with Gramm's economic policy, this country would be in even worse shape. Phil Gramm should be in prison for the legislation he enacted (c.1999); he is one of 25 people who weakened America (more than any enemy in U.S. history).

  • Is that old fool on crack? My God, and McShame still consults with him? If he does not agree with the moron, he should cut ties, not 'disagree' and then carry on listening to more of his Bullsh*t 'advice'!! We are done with the crap, roll on OBAMA'08!!!

  • Well said Rachel. McCain was swift to redirect the blame elsewhere.

I guess I shouldn't whine about my health care premiums being raised by $300 a month. I pay $700 a month to insure my wife and son - half my paycheck. So I must be delirious.

  • And McCain has invited Gramm back -- for whom we are all an abstraction, a nation of whiners. Gramm and his wife (of Enron fame- yes, she got the money your parents lost in their retirement fund) are not exactly in touch with the average american. and this is mccain's financial policy adviser? While Gramm is still lobbying for the banks? Watch out, America. Hide your money if you have any left. Who knows what sector he'll deregulate next to make millions for his wife.

  • McCain only speaks for no one but for himself.

  • Notice how when somebody says something controversial in the McCain camp, McCain comes out and says "He doesn't speak for me."? Who does speak for McCain? This, of course is the least of his problem. If he gets elected, us taxpayers will have to pay for extra White House Staff to make sure President McCain doesn't shit himself.

  • McCocaine - at last, the right name!

  • GRAMM, QUIT WHINING YOU LITTLE BITCH
