Hank III is the real deal... Saw him in Morgantown, WV at 123 Pleasant. It was an awesome show! He even brought Jesco and Mamie with him. He is one of the few shows out there today that is actually worth paying to see.

this goes out to my friend, she lost someone dear to her and never said sorry for what she had done. she keeps blaming herself, for causing him to do that, and i've been telling her it isn't her fault...

It's eerie how much I relate to this song. I wandered the US via freight and thumb strung out on whiskey and heroin trying to find something worth living for. I finally came back to Seattle and asked an old friend how she got sober. We started hanging out, I finally got away from bad habits, we started a relationship, things were finally looking good. On June 24 2010 she was killed in a workplace accident. This song although sad has helped me immensely. RIP you are gone but never forgotten
