In part 2 I am doing my partial grain mash. For this I am using a couple of pounds of base grain, Two Row, as well as my specialty grains and leting them mash in the 149 degree water for about 30-40 min. Heating sparge water as well.

  • If you're mashing in a cooking pot, you could simply put the grains into cold water and then slowly bring the temp. up where you want it to be, rather then trying to guess the right strike temp. Nice video, good job, 5 stars!
