Video showing the PIXHAWK quadrotor autonomously following a wall, controlling the distance from the obstacle and the overall position. No laser sensor, no GPS, only optical flow, ultrasonic ground distance and stereo cameras. No waypoints, system determines its flight path fully autonomously. Video also shows offboard mapping.
why there is a stick above the quadrotor? what's the role?
