This is no longer the case with the iOC scanner. 3-D images are captured instantly, with advantages of being more accurate and comfortable. Due to the high cost of these machines, you will likely find them in only some of the top Invisalign offices in North America.

Hi Kara. As far as our iOC rep has told us, as of the end of August 2011, MCO Markham Orthodontics is the only orthodontic practice with this technology available in the GTA. Due to the high cost of the machines (the price of a nice car!), and the relatively small number of Invisalign patients seen by most doctors, the technology still has not been highly adopted yet.
