TABOR is a state constitutional amendment that limits the growth of revenues or expenditures to a highly restrictive formula- the annual change in population plus inflation- and requires voter approval to override the revenue or spending limits.

Doug Bruce not just a slumlord, but is a criminal as well, yet he's gotten away with his garbage in Denver and in Colorado Springs for many years. It's a shame he's able to continue on with his personal agendas, while he makes others' lives miserable...

Tim Eyman's I-1033 was actually funded by a very few people despite Eyman's claiming grassroots support: investment banker Michael Dunmire, Eastside developer and Bellevue Square owner Kemper Freeman, Eddie Agazarm, and Roy Ruffino

MECEP lying again. More scare tactics and not even looking at the bill that Mainers are voting on this fall. If they would actually read the bill they would see there are NO CUTS ever in the Maine TABOR bill.
But MECEP has never let facts get in the way of their political agenda.
