it's not the insurance companies respon. to enforce federal law, according to your state law all drivers operating within your state are required to have at least state minim of liability... and most insurance companies use a 8% surcharge. this is capitalisim at it's finest were they can provide service to all willing consumers just beautiful..

There is nothing funny about death and an insurance company such as Progressive that REFUSES to honor their policy. A vietnamese illegal immigrant insured by progressive hit me about 3 months ago, i've been without a car for 3 month, she has 5k of liability so my totalled car is only getting 2k...Progressive is trying to screw me over :( I could of got a rental but they wouldnt imminently pay for it so i could not do that.
