oh alright that makes sense, but the one thing that is really boggling me is how you managed to connect all the el wire together although they were separated from one another. I've been looking up videos on el wire but none of them really show you how you can separate them. Lastly, how many or what kind of inverter did you use? I really appreciate your help

@presnillajones each 5 ft peace on the shirt connected to the same battery adapter, all came in the same kit. it was like 2 years ago i did this...do some research. i'm sure you'll find something.

how was the process of soldering and stitching the el wire to the costume, was it rather difficult? And also how did you cut up the el wire so that they branch off seperately, as i can see form the video you guys used different feet of el wire on the helmets. Sorry for the questions Im planning on doing this for halloween

@presnillajones hot glue for the helmets. the stitching is a pain in the ass. the hot glue is easy, but not very permanent, and it can mes up the visor tinting (makes bubbles fromt the heat). we used 1 10 ft length for the helmet, and 4 5-ft segments for the body. the site (don't remember) we bought them from had various options of lengths.

do you remember how many feet of el wire you guys used?

@presnillajones 30 ft each. 10 for the helmet, 20 for the shirt.
