  • you are very good house wife ! good home work ! man love your home-made white bread ! very soft and delicisous ! but take too much time !

  • @jessiemoss11 OMG thankyou soooooooo much i tried it last night and did 1/2 plain flour 1/2 strong wholemeal it was SO light & fluffy!!!

  • Hi, Thanks for the video, do you have a wholemeal recipe that turns out just as fluffy or do i just sub the white flour for wholemeal?

  • You can always set your machine for dough cycle. At that point, you take out the dough and let in rise and then bake it in your oven. The machine saves you time with hand kneading, which is helpful if you have problems like arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome. Don't get "bummed" out. Give it a try with baking it in your own oven, which should resolve your crust problem.

  • I use Robin Hood Basic White Bread, small loaf recipe. It is good and easy.

  • QUESTION ~ I did this Recipe & Bloomed the Yeast & put it on Basic 1 Light Crust & it took 2.53 for the whole thing plus the 10 min Blooming. This came out Higher & Softer & tasted better than the Recipe that came with my Machine. But Homemade Tastes Way Better. It the Crust Always Hard & Crunchy ? Cuz I'm Bummed I just got this for CHRISTmas & I already want to get rid of this Machine if the Bread is Always gonna b Crunchy...

  • Yum !

  • very cool!!I like the idea of mixing the yeast with the water and letting it BLOOM.I useley mix dry with dry and wet with wet,is this why my bread will fall that the end?I m new to bread makeing, thxs for vid

  • O...M...G... All of my bread before was too thick, too heavy, and barely edible... but I followed THIS recipe (and added an egg because I wanted to), and it was SO SOFT! And SO DELICIOUS! I JUST cut into it and ate a piece, and my 5 year old loves it, too! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

  • It seems to be common in america to use sugarwater as a foundation for the yeast to grow, in Germany or Europe in generell its more common to use milk and sugar, seriously the yeast starts to grow in the milk already and is growing quite fast :) but ofcourse a good recipe
