Judge for your self, the defendant Council putting forward a pack of lies stating that we had accepted the defendants' expert witness and our solicitors Vanderpump & Sykes of Enfield not attending the hearing how convenient.

Remember what the expert witness for the defendant, from Harley Street Charles Clarke had to say " fictitious" as if any one in their right mind would have submitted that fake report in their pleadings. This case shrieks of conspiracy, our first solicitor was told by the Law Society to compensate us £1,000 but we refused to take the money considering it was for neglecting my wife's needs.

2. The Defendants costs of the action are to be summarily assessed on the

Well what do I say on behalf of my wife with a mild brain injury?
It is amazing how a large corporate like "Costco" could be involved with an insurance company that managed to corrupt two firms of solicitors to break the
pre-action protocol rules to the full, one of the firm called Royds was on the Law Society bona fide members list?

I've never known a ruling of Judge Silverman being overturned in my twenty years appealing in his court. The problem seems to be that the flimsy action you have taken has been rejected.

I don't have any law or medical experience, but it seems to me that if Mary was knocked to the ground in this horrible accident, then it stands to reason that she hit her head when she fell, therefore there HAD to be some degree of head injury. Re: lawyers - are you not entitled to Legal Aid? Also, as Costco were in breach of Health and Safety, are you not entitled to Criminal Injuries Compensation ... evan an interim payment for now?
