my poem is soooo weak compared to that:

As I looked into those topaz eyes,

their eyes a faded golden,

the whole world seemed to melt away,

and all I wanted was to hold him.

His skin so white, it shimmered,

felt like a thousand ice cubes,

he gently held me in his arms,

and whispered, "I love you."
