That anole is HUGE!!!

I have one for a pet, and they do have sharp teeth. And he was changing colors because he was distressed. I live in Wisconsin, I wish we had lizards running around here! Its actually in florida where I saw my first anole, thats where I knew I had to get one :)

I use to catch these guys all the time along with the basalisks in south fla, they dont hurt when they bite, even though they prob will draw blood as long as your not a total poonan you can get over it easy. Getting a tat is worse lol

I never saw one of those in my 13 years living there ('82-'95)... All we ever saw were those little lizards. Where did those knight anoles come from?

How common are the knight anoles in Coral Springs. I'd heard that they were in Dade County, but your catch is the first I've seen that far north.

I've seen quite a few of them up here in the Coral Springs area. I've also seen one in Deerfield Beach in a Publix parking lot. lol
The first one I ever caught was indeed in Miami, though. Cool lizards.
