  • I love this guy! :) Great advice. So many of us in the US hear something is good for us then we go crazy drinking or eating it until we make ourselves sick. Have to be careful. Take advice from a culture that has been effectively using healing herbs and spices for centuries (i.e not Americans).

  • I started using turmeric just yesterday. Yesterday I had horribly itchy eczema with little bumps and flaky skin. Today I have eczema with dry, not so itchy skin. My eczema was not why I decided to try it. I decided to try it because I heard it was good for other things. My eczema hasn't been this smooth in a year.
