u forgot to mention the abc store, oh wait that would be difficult since there are about 3 in lahaina. i miss lahaina and maui

@NathanielBlack12 Have been walking Front Street the last several evenings. You are spot on about the several ABC stores... Also several Whalers General Stores, EZ Discount Stores... My daughter had to check each one to discover minute price differences for some particular brand of Maui bronzing suntan lotion.

@NathanielBlack12 Yes I'm here for two weeks. Retired now, so will begin spending more time on Maui.

Lahaina has a lot more activities for vacationers, but would be a lot more expensive location to live than Wailuku, which is the Maui county government center. So I would say live in or around Wailuku where you work, and then visit Lahaina and all those other fun places on the west side of Maui.

lol @ loud music restaurant. just got back from maui from a 2 week vacation and loved it there. lahaina was great. spent hours walking the whole front street back and forth. beautiful place. hope to visit again soon.
