  • This music is my favorite track from Life Aquatic. It sounds like how a daydream feels.

  • Mothersbaugh's music, namely his "happy music," is often reflective of child-like properties. Perhaps a skill he developed from scoring "Rugrats."

  • In the case of Tiffany, she "outlined," I think, by doing blotches of color and super-imposing them till they fit. (Most likely, she was comparing her work next to the original image.)

  • You're right! There is a common link between his recent scoring work and his Rugrats music. Even though he's employed more inventive timbres and harmony in his music, it's retained that child-like wonder.
