MET POLICE COSTANLY ATTACK MINICABS AT NIGHT DESPITE SERIOUS FAILINGS BY TEHMSELVES, TO OVERSEE TAXIS AND APPLYING THE LAW FAIRLY. SERIOUS ERRORS BY TH EMET POLICE CAUSED THE TAXI DRIVER,JOHN WORBOY, TO COMMIT RAPE AS THEY WERE MORE INTERESTED IN 100% MAXIMUM EFFORT ON MINICABS STOPPING AND MONITORING. Working with the Public Carriage Office, the Met Police are determined to attack licensed minicab drivers to prefer a charge of "taxi touting" on them. Yet, they still do not monitor black cabs. The Police have nothing to do at nights, but to create a crime rather than sort out a crime and by creating a crime they go undercover in entrapment mode seducing minicab drivers to take tthem home,knowing that they are breaking the law,inorder to justify their night shifts as fair cop. Perhaps one day they will look closely at the Hackney carriage Law in depth and enforce clauses regarding touting by black cabs, and their refusal to take members of the public home, also parking on ranks with lights off waiting for the best fare. "Justice and democracy" I ask myself. Total bias and misrepresentation in the application of law.. Boris Johnson knows this, TFL know this, The PCO know this and the MET Police know this. Whats their solution? Protect the black cab trade and ignore all what has been said the the IPC about the Warbou rape and advice given. The black cab trade is a is a MONOPOLY operated in contravention of EU law. DONT IGNORE , ITS TRUE, ITS THE FACT....FACE UP TO IT!!!!.
