Canon 1D X with Chuck Westfall

(Sorry about the audio on this one, Canon only had cameras that were tethered to the stand which meant that we had to shoot on the show floor surrounded by other people talking.)

At CES I had the opportunity to talk with Canon's Chuck Westfall about the features of the new flagship camera, the 1D X.

I'm sure you are an excellent photographer yourself then. What's the point of your comment really? This is just a video about a camera. It's got nothing to do with making videos.

Well that's better than your first comment.  Actually this was using a RODE XLR shotgun mic but the other people talking are just a couple of feet from Chuck so it still picked up on the mic.

I love seeing all of the crappy still photographers move to video!  Yes, it's much easier to look like you know what your doing with video! keep it up guys, keep moving to video thats less terrible photographers clouding the waters and confusing the general public.

If you used a different mic, you could obtain better and more isolated sound quality
