@boxford110 To be fair Neal was given a start by the Warwickshire County Music Service (Classical music), he just much preferred fiddle tunes and was taught his tune playing by Coventry Comhaltas over several years. Since session playing is in first position (not up the dusty part of the neck) it does allow more individuality.
