@xxxnaruxxx24 No. Uri was transfered to the Rocket project from Project Mercury (gersch device project) so he killed the leader with the help of Sam, then Sam killed him too and took over. They teleported from Kino to Ascension. The teleporter is in the "4th lander" loaction and they took the lander from there to the spawn.
