I attempted to cover this based off the sheet music Patrick Stump posted on his website, I haven't ever heard the song before as of the date of this video. I know it's not exactly right, I tend to want to add little things when I play it like the word "well" before "you can be your own spotlight" or going down on the word "bright," but oh well.

You can use a simple F - A - G - C barre chord.

That's pretty much the progression of the piano sheets.
