I Wonder if this speech was addressed to Congress via the State of the Union Address if it would awaken the logic and common sense in the idiots of congress?

Unforunately there were only like 4 people in there who had time to listen to common sense while the rest where off giving interviews to MSNBC or Fox News.

Our dear DR. Paul is dedicated to "salvaging" the republican party. But alas, I fear it is a lost cause. There is too much outside influence on the politicians. I dearly wish he would join the Constitution party and run on their ticket. I fear he would just be ignored by the media because it seems no one of influence wants him to be too well heard. Last time he was constantly shorted and ignored. Too few people know of the constitution party to bother checking it out so it would futile.

The Muslim/Arab/Palestinian people hate the US.

Nothing we do will appease them or end the hatred.

The US will have to withdraw, stay out, and keep our guard up.

If we are no longer there, they will not be able to fight our troops on their terms.

There is a fear that they will come here when the troops pull out but I seriously doubt that. We will have to be vigilant to prevent another 9/11 and to keep funding from reaching them, but they are not going to come here once we bring troops home.

Well I just seen a news article about this organization called the EPA trying to hurry up and tax carbon emissions. The states and congress seem to be holding off their attack for now,I bet their wating for the elections this year. Also I find it interesting that Obama gave the timeline to pull out of the middle east a month before the elections. I might be wrong on that but I remember seeing that on the news about the timeline.

@Fishstix9000 people are in love with a 2 party system is because thats all there is. Many people dont vote. Without funding you cant run. Without funding there is no air time without sending the message corperations want to be heard you dont get air time. Look at ron paul in 08 he was banned by many tv stations. The internet was his main pusher. Ron paul is not alone in his actions they just get no publicity
