Freeway- Aimee Mann Contest

The dinosaur sculpture featured in this video and is a landmark in our community was vandalized on May 31, 2009. The vandals took the head of the sculpture which was later recovered on June 6th. I was heart broken to hear that this wonderful life sized dino, that brings joy to all that stumble upon it, had suffered such a fate. It stood there since 1967 and I sincerely hope there are plans to restore it soon.
This is my entry to the Aimee Mann Freeway contest. She asked us to sing to a track off her new album "Smilers" called Freeway. I'm the one singing and Aimeemann.com provided the music. Her management and team will select the winners and check her youtube profile for more videos and how to enter before July 7th 2008.
I wanted a bike theme for the song and with gas prices on the up, up, up. I thought that filming us riding our bikes would be appropriate. Check out the Dinosaur we happened upon on our local bike trail.

Matthew helped me figure out how to rig the camera to my bike and is in the video. Thank you!
