I got a new camera! It's the Samsung WB500 aka HZ10W and I wanted to test it out in Low and High lighting conditions at our Wushu school.
It was one of the three solo training sessions I had that week, holidays, snow, exams and what not, so just me...
So this is me filming a little bit of the Ji Ben Gong (basics) and Nandu (jumps) that I did that day.
Obviously with the low lighting conditions, lots of noise but that's to be expected, the high lighting conditions were fine, however I find the picture to be rather saturated, I didn't do any color correction, not with video editing apps or the built in color/scene modes the cam offers. So it's nothing that can't be fixed with a bit of post-production.
Anyways it's a pretty sweet 720p point&shoot camera, for 159€ you can't go wrong! This also might be convienient for people that want to see how it handles sports, it's basically the same as the WB550 or the WB1000 as far as video recording goes.
amazing balance! im hoping to take up wushu soon as well, so this is really motivating! ^ ^

hey, is that actual wushu carpet?

@ChenJiaXian That is an actual wushu carpet yeah. But since I was alone that session I only got one roll of carpet (half a wushu carpet)

I wonder how you do to make the aerial look so easy...

@Hastalamangousta Train it enough so that it becomes easy. To me the aerial is the easiest move of the A level Nandu. :)
