yes, for me too, being a non-judging, compassionate, loving example of living one`s own truth is the way to cope with others who may seem on a dis-ease path right now. i trust that everybody is where he is for a reason. we can support them, just by being there, giving impulses when our inner voice agrees, and for the rest: just love them and ourselves.

I wish our government would take this philosophy and end all these wars of aggression in a vain attempt to spread democracy. You spread democracy through example, not through force and violence.
