I don't care how you feel, no offense.
This video is a poor demonstration and explanation from a technical viewpoint.
Lack of precise information, failure to demonstrate the procedure at hand...IT'S VIDEO.
A waste of time.
Should have used a creme as an example, laid the bead, shown by measurement the size of the bead. Explained why too much or too little is a problem.
Whatever happened to cleaning the surfaces with Isopropyl alcohol first and perhaps wearing gloves or fingertip protectors?

I apply it by squeezing all the paste into my mouth then spit it out all over the motherboard evenly :)

its not an art, its not hard stop making it. put a drop on spread it out thin and evenly put the heat sink on. or put a green pee size dot the just put the heat sink on top of it the heat sink will spread it out for you an less chance of air bubble's pick one an just do it . whats that stupid saying 6 and one half a dozen in the other. it the same shit.
