There are more people in this world than we care to imagine that are mentally ill. And if you believe in gang stalking, please don't take it personally. I'm not going to argue about whether or not you are really being harassed. This is one issue I will refuse to be convinced about so don't bother. Cointelpro was started by the FBI in the 50s or 60s to use snitches and trouble makers as a means of destroying groups and individuals considered undesirable or dangerous to the U.S., or to exposing the crimes of the FBI.
