known facts for Red Alert 3:
- the Allies and Soviet will fight it out again. this time, a third faction will be in the game. it is the Empire of the Rising Sun (EotRS).
- most buildings can be plased on both land and water.
- rescources can be found in the water, as well as on land.
- the EotRS will have a different build system (probably no MCV).
- Tanya will be back. Boris won't. the Soviets get a female hero named Natasha.
- Soviet classics, like the like the Kirov airship, the Terror Drone and Apocalyps tank will be back. the V3 from RA2 is replaced with the V4. this unit has tracks, and is fully amphibic.
- The Tesla unit will be back to. the Tesla Trooper and the Stingray (Tesla boat)
- The Soviet buildings build on the field. refer to the HD trailer to see this in action. The Allies build as in C&C3: Tib Wars/KW.
- Frank Klepacki WILL do the soundtrack in RA3. unfortunately, there won't be a "Jukebox" to select a song. like in Generals and C&C3, the music will be context sensitive.
