-stair sprint with 48# sandbag
-Renegade Row with pushups
-16# sledgehammer strikes while standing on tire to simulate part of the FF challenge
-Long Cycle
-obstacle course carrying sandbag
-sandbag carry with bear crawls

Yo como bombero me parece fundamental que todos en mayor o menor medida hagamos estos ejercicios( me refiero a la gente que trabaja en esto) yo les puedo asegurar que la dificultad de estos ejercicios son asesinos. yo creo con que nos dediquemos 10 min que es mucho a hacer estos ejecicios cada vez que tenemos guardia nos mejora nuestro trabajo y nos puede llegar a evitar malos momentos. genial el video

Excellent!
I usually enjoy these type of workouts and they do truly condition your body for everything else your body needs to be fit to do everyday. Thing is, they are also the type of workouts that I find I need to be coached into doing and more specifically, motivating me to push myself. At home, I don't need any pushing from anyone to rebound or follow a pilates video. I want to do more of this stuff though!!
