Where Did the Sun Go?!?! Playground Dive Site w/ Capt. Colin, JVD Scuba BVI Caribbean

The schools of fry and other fish are so thick at "the Playground" that they darken the sun! One of my all time favorite dive sites, "The Playground," on the north side of Green Cay, Jost Van Dyke, is a large area of rocks and boulders with caves, swim throughs, overhangs, and huge schools of fish, including silversides, margates, grunts, snappers, barracuda, tarpon, as well as turtles, and is a good place to see rays. I dove this site 2 days earlier with Pen and Oswaldo and a large spotted eagle ray circled us 3 times and then swam within a few feet of us before taking off! I took photos but not video and will post those later. We haven't been to JVD in several years, and it was great to dive the "Playground" again with Capt. Colin http://www.jostvandykescuba.com/
