Well Dylan, the reason crack has harsher sentences than coke is because crack drives you absolutley nuts and "makes" you do crazy mad things to get it, your far less likley to do for coke.

It really is quite simple. Blacks are sent to prison because they are overwhelmingly more likely to sell drugs or to commit a violent crime while under the influence of drugs. If anything, blacks are under sentenced for the amount of crime they do. The situation is so bad that more blacks are criminals (ie will be arrested for a serious and violent crime) than are not. Most get a slap on the wrist, even though the crime is serious and a victim (usually white) is harmed.

Anyone could look at the "statistics" and make such a vulgar statement, but for last hundreds of years and even still today America has been influencing integration while practicing segregation. You stop them from education, and segregate them from schools/communities and you expect them to benefit from these actions?

Coloreds are more likely to be arrested, charged and convicted because they do not plan their families, resulting in extensions of poverty that are unnecessary. They commit a much larger percentage of felonies, and each colored criminal tends to commit them far more frequently than whites. When coloreds start behaving responsibly, obtaining gainful employment, not carrying weapons or doing/selling illegal narcotics they may have the opportunities that humans have.

I find your first couple of sentences astonishingly misguided. Are you saying that blacks are implicitly more likely to commit crimes of this nature on account of their race? There's no supporting evidence to this. What is supported is the nature of population distribution and the living conditions of poorer black communitites contributing to crime in a self sustaining cycle. It's irrefutably nuture NOT nature, if you think otherwise you're blinded by racism.
