do alot of trains go to stratford via the limited branch line to link sevensisters to straford

I haven't been able to determine how many, but I believe some trains run from Broxbourne every 30 mins, and peak service Monday-Friday sees a train to/from Stratford and Hertford East every 30 minutes

Audley end, Yes. Seven sisters, No.

The only service on weekdays that runs to Kings Lynn from Liverpool Street is a single afternoon peak service.

Depends on the time. Peak-congestion can mean a train every five - ten minutes. Off-peak times mean a train every fifteen - twenty minutes.
