For those of you out there who appreciate the musical legacy of Al Casey we thought you would enjoy this short video of his resting place in Phoenix. This is also a thank you to those who contributed to the Headstone Fund....thank you so much! For those of you who may want to pay your respects personally you can see where his grave site is located at the Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ. 85027.
We miss ya Al...

  • I had the great pleasure of meeting Al when I worked at KOOL-FM in Phoenix. I shall never forget the contributions of Al and the Wrecking Crew. Their feats will never be duplicated.

  • This is so wonderful.... Thanks to Johnny "D" and all the other fine folks who made this possible. My Grandmother , Grandfather, Mom and Dad (my Father as of June of this year) all reside there... It's a nice place :O) Again thanks to EVERYONE for the beautiful head Stone and video. Take care and stay cool, Miss Holley King
  • Well done John. I did not know you were doing this. As you know, you attempted to have me meet Al a couple of times when I was in Phoenix, but his health prevented it. As his label mate on Stacy Records (Keith O'Conner with Cindy Lou song Stacy 958 and Torkays with Karate - Stacy 960) I was happy that I could add to the liner notes on a couple of his reissues
