 Yes it is against the law to process sick animals, but you are making the assumption that animals that don't want to get up because they are too tired or physically weak, does not necessarily make them unfit for processing. If you people don't like eating meat then eat tofu. The videographer was probably a vegetarian with an ingrained prejudice!!
