hi i'm a student s-pilot with a flight hour on 6 hours, and i have difficulties hitting the airspeed i want when i'm turning with a 60 degree or more bank angel.
Do you have any hints or tricks to control the airspeed with a big bank angel?

tobount: Are you gently pulling my leg? At 1400 hours, I only fly with that much bank if I think a thermal is very small, or very strong. The book answer is that you have to be very precise with the elevator; but "trim", may help. Control your airspeed by controlling eyeball-pitch-angle, looking at the horizon, only use the airspeed indicator every 10-60 seconds to recalibrate your eyeball. Measure bank with the diagonally-opposite instrument mounting screws.
