Nobody makes games for Linux and it has no support behind it other than fly by night groups. Google is actually making money off of it so who knows.

Microsoft is a whishy washy company. Just because someone says their product sucks didn't mean you should be gulible. Try it out. I tried out Vista, and I got boned. Windows 7 is great though! Lol.

@fluchter1996 If you have not used Linux before, a good starting point is Linux Mint. It's something similar to Windows, just much better. Very user friendly, nice looking/3D-effects and damn fast. Minimum requirements 512mb of RAM, but I would recommend 1GB, if you want all the special effects. You can see demo of Mint and the effects on Youtube, search for something like mint compiz demo
