As for working out when your parents are sleeping you can use resistance bands. Just be sure to buy one that offers enough resistance to elict hypertrophy or you'll be wasting your time. I'm a trainer if you have questions you can just message me.

If you're going for toning then you need more size first, its all about bulking and then cutting. Just make sure you're eating enough food along with those weight gainers. Aim for 6-10 reps for size, you'd benefit so much more from joining an actual gym. I'm not trying to be condescending, its just you seem dedicated, have spent a lot of money on supplements, but could definitely be pushing yourself a whole lot further with proper advice and training routines.

take on cheat meals? when are the acceptible? only when cutting or once a week cutting ,bulking , or maintaing?
he doesn't listen to peoples oppinions kind of dumb hes wasting time on cardio based workouts that are meant for mostly weight loss, he needs to get a gym membership already and take some peoples advice

No offense mate and I seriously mean it, but you've been working out for what looks like years now and there's not much noticeable difference. Granted, you have put on a weight and have become bigger, but you must be doing something wrong because in the space of 2 years you haven't improved as dramatically as you could. Your form in the videos are fine but you aren't lifting heavy enough and don't seem to be pushing yourself. You'd benefit a lot more from a gym membership and a trainer.

I recently just started Starting Strength, so while the weights in this video do seem low, they gradually increase over each workout. So within 12 weeks the weight will be significantly heavier :) Most of my '2 years' was from P90X and P90X+ maintaining weight and toning.
