Justin Bieber grew up wanting to make a change, This year is the year, on the 28th of April 2011, Justin is touring Sydney Australia for his My World Tour.

Our Names are Kiera and Jordan, and we are currently raising money for the sick children at The Children's Hospital at Westmead in Sydney, Australia.

With your help, if we raise enough money for the Children's Hospital at Westmead, we would love for Justin and his team to join us and the Children to present the donation to the hospital and give the kids a chance to smile :)

The Children at Westmead Hospital are unable to go to Justin's Concert in April as they are not well enough to handle all the screaming fans.

So, if Justin was to come and see the kids even for 30 minutes, it would mean to world to them and they would feel loved and know that there are people in the world thinking of them.

We know that Justin will be busy in Australia, but what means the most to Justin is his fans, and without his fans, he wouldn't be where he is today.

We know that Justin loves to make his fans feel special, so by making this possible, we are all making a difference and making others in need more than us, would make these children feel incredibly special.

We hope to have as many Beliebers and Fans from around the world to help donate through either, Paypal, Cash or direct deposit to the Children's Hospital so we can make this dream from the Children into reality.

If this is successful, and Justin and his team decides to come and visit the Hospital and Children, we will hold a raffle to Win Meet & Greet Passes and smaller prizes to raise even more money for the Hospital.

We have had approval from the Children's Hospital at Westmead and as we have came up with the idea to have Justin present the money to the Hospital, it is now our job to try and contact his team. We will NEVER GIVE UP

This is so amazing <3 I just have to say wow to whoever made this. I know what it feels like being in Hospital its terrible I went to Justin's concert on the 28th April 2011 & I was sick with tonsilitis i couldn't sing or scream I ended up in hospital the next day with a drip in my hand, I was crying the whole time its terrible. I know thats not as bad as what kids at westmeade are going through but I just wanted to let everyone know how terrible it is, Please get this to JB if he hasn't seen it
