  • @jhelumee it's not right to use such foul language, show more respect to others who read this

  • thick and dense paki beef.

  • @poochpoints According to the food available, body structure will adjust to it.Almost one billion people are in India, there bones will get smaller gradually, the normal hight of male is 5.1 everage. In europe every 2nd person is 6feet. In pakistan 20 millon young people are jobless, they are busy for existance minimum. This is why bodybuilding is not popular .

  • kuch khaas nahi.,.,,mr sargodha daikho .,.,., tb shaid ap logon ko pta chly k body kisy kehty hain :P

  • What you talking about I am from Pakistan I know very well about Pakistani bodybuilders who takes unbelievable steroids but problem is that they don't know how to take them. When you take steroids you need lots of food to build up muscle and also hard training. Also, I know IFFB Pro bodybuilder Kai Greene I know him since 1996 he spend lots of time and hard work. He is doing bodybuilding for long time doesn't matter if he toke steroids but he spend almost 20 years for this sport.

  • It appears that Indians have small bone joints, fine bone structure that leans more towards ectomorphic than mesomorphic somatotypes. This probably limits their ability to build up massive muscles but what muscle they do put on looks well proportioned given their structure. This is something that anthropologist could comment on.

  • Is bodybuilding popular in Pakistan?

  • anabolics
