@BBQPeanut The 11.5m number is the number of hits on a Google search for "tattoo regret", NOT the number of people with tattoos.

To date 32% of tellwut voters have a tatto and of those 26% regret getting it. That's over a quarter of people getting tattoos regret it. Not sure if you gave that stat to kids,it would change their mind.

@BBQPeanut 11.5 m is the number of Google hits for the words "tattoo" and "regret". 7m could very well be 17% of all the people in the U.S with tattoos. they don't have to be the same figure. do you see why ?

@BBQPeanut Listening comprehension. 11.5m was a figure for hits for a Google search. 7m was the number of people who regret tattoos. The latter number was not calculated from the former. 7m represented 17% of the total number of people who have tattoos.
