This is the truth the country over- useless lazy well paid council idiots. In north wales denbighshire we have 20 times + more taxis than rank spaces. Total rubbish on the road that never gets cleaned or maintained, filthy drivers that dont know where they are going and cant speak or understand english & then the council start a dial a ride service of their own to take more trade off the taxi fleet! Just keep charging for badges & plates and refuse to give us the accounts where its being spent!
