Spent a few hours practicing in pole divas studio in melbourne. Was loving all the extra space and doing tricks higher up than i'm used to. Special thank you to Veena and REDKE17 who posted handspring tutorials - i feel like i'm getting there now :)

hey how are you? aw that would be nice, i went last year, but not going to have time this trip - my uncle's coming to scotland in sep so that'll be awesome. how you enjoying perth? its a beautiful city!!!!

Nice work! Make sure on your handspring/cartwheel mount that you engage your abs and don't let your back arcch, it's coming along nicely and this will hhelp you balance. also, don't over do this move, it's easy to strain muscles on that one! great job on all the moves :)

thanks so much - ur last advice to lock my bottom arm was gold, i'll definitely work more on keeping my back straight and using my abs. How long did it take you to get this perfect? xox
