I'm not going to even get into the mistakes made in wardrobe.
I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure there was a continuity error leading every shot. Remembering where your hands were isn't a lot to ask...but i guess you did work with only women...

Your main actor wasn't reading or acknowledging the subtext of the dialogue, therefore leading to confusing and uninspired motions that made me want to either shoot myself in the knee for humiliating shakespear e's finest work or just fall asleep.
You might want to tell your crew not to talk and/or make any sounds while the shoot is in progress. It just makes your film sound like it was made by a bunch of high school morons with no interest or respect for the work of one of our greatest poets.

Ok ptownball69....let's start with the basics: PLEASE GOD tighten up the editing. Every single shot needs help. You even left shots in you meant to cut that showed up for only seconds.
I know you can't control the weather, but you can at least work with it. You should of came already knowing your lines so you wouldn't have to spend so much time reading them while the sun went down leading to shots so dark even your actors ghostly skin couldn't be seen.
Hey everybody, thank you for the constructive criticism. FYI this was just a hastily thrown-together school project. It was the last project of our senior year and we did everything in one afternoon. I'll be the first to admit how awful it is. I was using an editing software from '95, which was absolute crap.
