  • Awesome. Kevin your ball is on the smaller side compared to ones I've seen in the shops. Would you recommend a bigger one for a bigger person like me? (6'6", 110kg). Any other thoughts re the size of the ball?

  • @CNCTEMATIC In defense of my ball, it was very cold in there ;) Size is a matter of preference. Being 6' 6" you might prefer something bigger. I find larger balls too much for most students for arching drills. For rolling it doesn't make much of a difference and for 1 legged work, it's definitely more of a stretch. I try to stay low to the ground in most of my work. What matters most is the strength--make sure you get a good quality one that won't pop on you. Also, don't over-inflate it.
