We had germans hiding them in their houses so they wouldn't get caught. Yes, we have a shameful past, but we truly apologized and tried as best making things up. And americans? Killed a bunch of Natives when they came (that was a holocaust too) and never apologised, thinking they're such good people

And I do see, that USA recognizes the genocide of Natives as a dark spot. However, while in Canada 8where I currently am), native culture is on the canadian dollar, in the airports, everywhere, I don't see that in the USA. Example: USA celebrates Columbus day. That's like us celebrating Hitlre's Birthday

Almost every nation did some mistakes in the past. Americans ( slavery, killed Indians),

Germans (Jewish), Australian (Aborigines)... but it was like you mentioned not all of the people did some "bad" things some were just scared...
