A great Amharic song by Mikiyas Chernet. Go and watch LIVE Ethiopian TV (ETV) and make friend at http://ethiog.com The music talks about His girl going ouside the country and everything. I think this is something that relates to most who live out side Ethiopia. .For Ethiopian music go to http://www.ethiog.com/ethiopianmusic.htm

  • Ok, so I'm addicted to this song. After playing it constantly for literally over a month, I still love it. But don't understand amaringa, what is he singing about? I just know that yene deha means "my poor"

  • @shukoriina Hi Shukoriina, I'm glad you found a song you can Feel Good about. You Are Right, yene deha means my poor. this song in general is about the women who go to Arab countries to work as maids just to help their poor families survive. in this song Mikiyas( the singer) is like the lover of one of those women who have left and he is singing about how much he misses her and so forth. I hope you find this helpful. keep on listening and subscribe as I will have more interesting songs uploaded.

  • A diffrent kind of expieience, the kinda song that u cant help replaying. it wakes your insides and make you worm and sad and happy at the same time. for me even a greater meaning and a sad memory.
