The top part of that readout refers to how I'm doing time-wise to my best lap; it appears to be stuck on some other display here though. The numbers below, which were 43 at impact, is my speed. You can see it gets up to just over 80 MPH in the cornering then I can only get it slowed down to 43 at impact.
